Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction
At Bomoto Car Rental L.L.C (“we,” “our,” “us”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations Made 24 Hours Prior to Booking Start Time: Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund, minus any applicable service fees.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Booking Start Time: Refunds for late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the booking start time) are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- No-Show Policy: If a customer fails to collect the vehicle at the agreed time and location without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
- Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, governmental restrictions), refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and administrative fees may apply.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency, based on the exchange rate at the time of the refund.
Changes to Bookings
- Customers may request changes to their booking (e.g., pickup time, vehicle type) up to 12 hours before the start time, subject to vehicle availability.
- Any price differences resulting from changes must be settled at the time of the modification request.
Vehicle Returns and Conditions
- Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed drop-off time and at the designated location.
- Late returns may result in additional charges as specified in the rental agreement.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
Damage to Vehicles
- Any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period will be assessed, and repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If the security deposit is insufficient, the customer will be billed for the remaining amount.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Violations of the rental agreement, such as unauthorized use or sub-rental.
- Failure to provide the required identification or documentation at the time of vehicle pickup.
- If the vehicle is returned in a condition that violates the rental agreement (e.g., excessive dirt, smoking inside the vehicle).
